BOTOX, or onabotulinumtoxinA, is a very popular treatment that can be used to restore the youth and vitality of your face and renew your confidence and self-esteem. BOTOX is injected directly into the muscles of your face or around the jaws or ears to remove brow and frown lines or crow’s feet. You will begin to see the effects of your treatment between one and two days after your visit and you will need to return to our office for another treatment in approximately four months.
Dermal fillers are also injected into the face, usually around the nose or mouth. They contain hyaluronic acid that can restore the natural contours of your face that can be brought on by lifestyle choices, exposure to the sun and wind and certain hereditary conditions. This treatment can be used to fill out thin lips, improve the appearance of some scars, reduce wrinkles and creases and improve the contours of your face. A dermal filler treatment can be effective for up to one year.
